金蝶宣布設立卡塔爾公司，拓展中東版圖

2025年2月25日，金蝶國際軟件集團有限公司（0268.HK）宣布成立卡塔爾公司，進軍(jun) 中東(dong) 市場。金蝶副總裁劉仲文、金蝶國際業(ye) 務中心總經理劉予傑等代表金蝶出席了本次發布會(hui) 。金蝶卡塔爾公司的設立，得益於(yu) 卡塔爾投資局（Qatar Investment Authority簡稱“QIA”）、卡塔爾投資促進局（Invest Qatar）以及卡塔爾自由區管理局（Qatar Free Zones Authority簡稱“QFZ”）的支持。

金蝶始創於(yu) 1993年，在香港聯交所主板上市，是全球知名的企業(ye) 管理雲(yun) SaaS公司，拓展全球市場已成為(wei) 其重要目標。

2023年12月，金蝶與(yu) QIA宣布達成一項協議，QIA將向金蝶投資約2億(yi) 美元。此次戰略投資不僅(jin) 體(ti) 現了QIA對金蝶作為(wei) 中國企業(ye) 雲(yun) 轉型領域的領軍(jun) 者和關(guan) 鍵推動者的地位的認可，還契合其在全球數字化趨勢下投資領先企業(ye) 和技術的戰略目標。金蝶集團董事會(hui) 主席徐少春在2024年12月訪問了卡塔爾，並決(jue) 定以卡塔爾為(wei) 橋頭堡，拓展在中東(dong) 和北非市場的業(ye) 務，推動當地企業(ye) 的數字化轉型，助力卡塔爾實現“2030 年卡塔爾國家願景”。“今天是金蝶全球擴張計劃中的一個(ge) 關(guan) 鍵時刻。自2023年12月QIA投資以來，我們(men) 很高興(xing) 能通過在卡塔爾自由區開設中東(dong) 地區的首家公司，進一步加強與(yu) 卡塔爾的合作。我們(men) 很高興(xing) 能與(yu) QIA、卡塔爾投資促進局和QFZ合作，搭建起金蝶與(yu) 中東(dong) 市場溝通的橋梁，助力金蝶的國際增長戰略。”

Kingdee Expands Its Footprint into the Middle East, Opening Qatar Office

February 25, 2025 — Kingdee International Software Group Company Limited（0268.HK）announced today the opening of its regional headquarters in Qatar’s Free Zones, marking its official entry into the Middle East market. The establishment of this regional headquarters has been facilitated through the support of the Qatar Investment Authority (QIA), the sovereign wealth of Qatar, Invest Qatar, the investment promotion agency of Qatar and Qatar Free Zones Authority (QFZ). At the press conference, Kingdee was represented by Vice President Liu Zhongwen, General Manager of Kingdee International Business Center Liu Yujie.

Founded in 1993，Kingdee is a globally renowned enterprise management cloud SaaS company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Expanding its global presence has been one of Kingdees key strategic objectives.

In December 2023, Kingdee and QIA announced an agreement in which QIA would invest around $200 million in the company. This investment recognised Kingdee as a category leader and key enabler of enterprise cloud transformation in China. The investment in Kingdee aligns with QIA's strategic objective to invest in leading companies and technologies in global digitalization trends. Robert Xu, Chairman and CEO of Kingdee Group，visited Qatar in December 2024 and decided to leverage Qatar as a bridgehead for expanding the footprint into the Middle East and North Africa markets, drive the digital transformation of local enterprises and supporting Qatar to achieve its “Qatar National Vision 2030”.

He said：Today marks a pivotal moment in the global expansion plans of Kingdee.
